In 2020, due to her outstanding performance, she was promoted to Supply Chain Assistant Manager. It has been an amazing journey that has truly explored her potential.

With a character marked by daily improvement of 1%, aggressiveness, innovation, and outstanding performance, she was promoted to Admin and HR Assistant Manager in 2020 to expand her management skills in the admin, accounting, and HR departments.
Even though it was quite a challenging task to start handling different departments, she believes that if people do not stay in their comfort zones and keep moving forward for continued success, the company will achieve its aspirations.
She believes the key to success is: “Don’t feel too comfortable with what we have now. Instead, put in more effort and give yourself a try to explore other alternatives in order to become a better version of yourself.”
As an admin assistant, she learned the importance of systematic documentation and accurate data entry, which are crucial for the company to analyze figures for forecasting and planning.
In 2015, she was transferred from the admin department to the logistics department as a logistics executive. This was another challenge for her to upgrade her communication and leadership skills to manage lorry drivers.
Ms. Nicole continuously upgraded herself through training, attending seminars, and case implementation over the years. Her knowledge and experience in leadership skills improved significantly. In 2020, she was promoted to Logistic Assistant Manager.
She believes the key to success for every person is the mindset: “Nothing is impossible and think out of the box.”
She is an honest and capable person who continually improves her knowledge in logistics, administration, and sales departments. In 2020, she was promoted to Business Development Assistant Manager and expanded the logistics services at the Kuantan Branch in 2021.
She believes that people cannot stay in their comfort zones, and she continues to explore new opportunities with her team members. In 2022, they challenged themselves with truck and vessel handling in Penang, creating a good opportunity for the company’s revenue and margin.
She said, “Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.” Together with her team members, she will continue to grow and create more value for the company.
